Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item:  
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email CustomerService@BradThor.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #, and provide you with a mailing address to which to ship the item.
  2. Mail your returned item as instructed  
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt and the tracking #. 

Return Exceptions
:  Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


EXCHANGES
:  If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color, but you still will have to pay return shipping. To exchange an item, send us an email at CustomerService@BradThor.com.

Shipping
To return your product, please email CustomerService@BradThor.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
